Computer Camp:
Day 4
Step 1:
Review Technology Expectations and how to login.
Step 2:
Teacher will demonstrate the correct way to save work created on the computer. Students come and practice saving on the SmartBoard.
Step 3:
Teacher shows the students how to open Microsoft Word. Demonstrate how to type, pick font, color, insert clipart and print.
Step 4:
Students type the story they wrote about their summer from last week. Students who are not finished, must 1st finish their writing at their seats.
Step 5:
Students save their work in a folder labeled Summer Break Stories.

Teacher Note:
Tell the students to name their work with their 1st name and put it in the correct project. This allows for the teacher to quickly assess who isn't finished and needs more time.
