No Swimmer Left Behind

No Swimmer Left Behind was developed to identify 3^rd grade students at Gracemor Elementary School who cannot swim, and to provide assistance in learning this life skill.

A swimming skills test is administered by the aquatic staff at the NKC Community Center. Students who can complete the skills test will have passed the NSLB program. Students unable to complete the skills test are encouraged to enroll in swim lessons. NSLB provides swim scholarships for some families. Our goal is to have every Gracemor student proficient in swimming before leaving elementary school.
