Missouri State Immunization Requirements
All students must present
documentation of month, day, and year of each immunization.
Students must present immunization
record to school, and all immunizations must be up-to-date before being
permitted to attend classes. To remain
in school, students "in progress" must receive immunizations as soon
as they become due. Religious and
Medical exemptions will be allowed with proper documentation. Please see your
school nurse or health department for the appropriate forms.
